A one bedroom apartment in Street 102 with views of Post Office Square and close to riverside will be available next week. Fully furnished with nice kitchen, living room and one bedroom. Space for off street parking for a bike. One of the nice parts of town with good restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Not overrun with foreigners but with plenty of amenities nearby. Rent is $275 a month.

The tenant who took it was quite pleased about the monkeys! Altho I did warn him about leaving the balcony door open.

I lived on 102 street for a year and at first thought it was great having monkeys around, after they had stolen my clothes and wrecked all my plants a few times I started shooting the fuckers.
