2nd ABBA Bodybuilding Competition Sizzles this Summer Again in Siem Reap.

Saturday, July 21st 2012 will sizzle this summer in Siem Reap when the one day bodybuilding competition gets underway at Angkor Century Hotel which is marking a major milestone for 2nd ABBA competition this year.

Competitors will be judged on their muscularity and body condition along with their fitness combined with their overall condition. Displaying proper shape and symmetry, will be equally as important for the Physique competitors in addition to their stage presence and personality while sporting board shorts attire.

Kicking things off on Saturday night will be the special guest Posers who will perform Saturday night include JONAS YOUNES LAROUSSI(3rd place IFBB Bodybuilding Classic 2011) and MARIA INGELIS CARLSWARD,(2011 Olympia Las Vegas Flex Bikini)

At 5pm in the evening, the line-up of events will really heat up the stage when the different bodybuilding categories from various gyms in Cambodia show off their best sculptured muscles to the audience and judges in a choreographed routine to 60 seconds music.

“ This year’s ABBA Siem Reap promises to be one of the biggest and most exciting in our history.” said ABBA general secretary, Rocky Lee.

“ With the co operation of CBBFF (Cambodia Body Building and Fitness Federation) Plus the assemblage of top ranking IFBB (International Federation of Body Building) Pros, it will be a treat for one and all.

The Competition will introduce Body Building as a sport which not only fits the body but also has more chance to reduce and control high blood pressure, obesity and high cholesterol as well as reducing osteoporosis and arthritis for participants.”

The 2012 ABBA competition is open to any athlete in Cambodia who is sanctioned By CBBFF. Free Entrance for Prejudging and Final along with the Lucky Draw at the end of the competition.
