Is there any food sihanoukville is particularly known for? Why Nom Bahn Chok so prevalent in Bavet seems rare here? Also someone teach me techniques to open the salted chili small clams shells? I tried using my nails for, say an hour, biting it or even using small cards to wedge into it they do not seem to work.
