Within 20 km of my house in Sisaket there are at least 4 ranging in size from 1000 SQ ft to roughly 10 acres.
Just over 25% of Sisaket residents are able to speak Khmer, down from 1/3 about 20years ago. Khmer are the second largest tribe in Sisaket, the largest being Lao, the two smallest being Sua and Yer.
The Provincial capital was in Khu Khan (within 20 km from the border) until 100 years ago when it was moved to Sisaket city.
