One of my neighbors (french) had a infected leg that looked like an elephant size over night. Next morning he made his way to 4 Hospitals of which 3 refused him. The local referral Hospital in Kampot finally accepted him and gave him a pill cocktail and sent him back home. Once he took the medicine he started vomiting, couldn't eat nor drink, nor smoke...........nuffin ! After pulling some contacts he was finally admitted through the backdoor of a local hospital with western doctors and got a treatment that worked.
On July 2. it was reported that there were two cases of refusal at hospitals:

With the growing number of Covid infections Hospitals seem to become paranoid that their staff will be infected , hence the refusals.
Time is getting tough now perhaps that will persuade the Covid deniers to change their mind about wearing a facemask and sanitize their hands.. keep social distance.
