Amazon?
I’ve noticed, not just in Cambodia, but UK and places in Europe, where supplies on shelves of certain blades tend to frequently run very low, or completely out. More so since COVID, but it was happening before, too. I have several Mach3-turbo handles, and I was buying refills in bulk, and splitting the supplies up between locations- my regular luggage, bathroom at home, etc to avoid running out.
Alternatively, find someone heading back to Phnom Penh from abroad? I’m not due back for a while, but I do bring a couple of cherished items for one or two folk when I fly home.
As for a decent straight razor- how about the knife shop on the end of st110? I’m guessing as I’ve not looked as such. I’ve been tempted a few times, but travel restrictions preclude it, anyway.
The loose blade/straight razor type, I’ve no idea, but all the barbers seem to use them.
