Is it normal for a guy to fall in love with a hooker/drug addict and continues on her lifestyle?
Re: Is it normal for a guy to fall in love with a hooker/drug addict and continues on her lifestyle?
I know of 2 ladies with Khmer husbands that actively work and also have ( multiple) barang boy friends that sponsor them.
I have discussed this with them on several occasions.
The answer I get is, this is my job and I make money for my family.
Posters will often attack the girl and call her all sorts of insulting names because she is selling a commodity that many blokes want and will pay money for.
They then get upset because she is not being exclusive to their wallet.
But the flip side to this is that sometimes it's all she has to offer in order to make a dollar.
And she has to maximize the cash flow whilst she is a tradable commodity.

I refuse to go out with nothing more than a whimper followed by a small farting sound and a shit stain on my bed sheets..
Just thought I'd share that with you.

What nonsense.violet wrote:You were defensive based on some local knowledge and were not capable of considering any validity in my comment, because you believe your perspective to be correct. Well, I based mine on my own local knowledge, and my own perspective of what (mess) many relationships are.
Grow up? Why? Because I swear? Sometimes my ability to tolerate the approach and redundant and circular arguments of people on forums is nil. That has zero to do with a need to grow up. And if I do happen to be stuck in some pre-adult development stage, I can guarantee that a command to grow up isn't going to change that.
I am happy with intelligent challenges. It's your type of challenge I've always struggled with.
My first comment said your opinion might be true. Do you even read comments before you kick off with your ranting?
Maybe that says something to intelligence.

You invited me to see what for myself? Once you repeatedly admit to beating your wife on multiple occasions, you're not going to change a reader's opinion of you by spending 30 minutes in that reader's presence not beating your wife.the chicken wrote:Anyway regardless of Gavinmac old trolling, which I invited to come see for himself and he pussied out. She didn't make a comment about husbands, she made a comment about a very specific husband who was married to a hooker and hung around all night outside where she picked up customers and spent her earnings.ផោមក្លិនស្អុយ wrote: You made a statement suggesting that the husbands saw the wife purely as a commodity. Correct. My pluralisation was a typo. I thought she must have known this couple personally as I didn’t think the statement was necessarily representative of Khmer family dynamics. Then she took offence.gavinmac wrote:She didn't make a comment about husbands, she made a comment about a very specific husband who was married to a hooker and hung around all night outside where she picked up customers and spent her earnings.ផោមក្លិនស្អុយ wrote: You made a statement suggesting that the husbands saw the wife purely as a commodity. There was a lot of subsequent bollocks and bickering which some mod has kindly tidied up.

What's the husband doing to maximise cash flow?scoffer wrote:I know of 2 ladies with Khmer husbands that actively work and also have ( multiple) barang boy friends that sponsor them.

She wasn't talking about Khmer family dynamics. She was talking about a very specific and highly unusual situation of a Khmer husband being married to a hooker, and spending all night hanging outside the place where she picked up customers, and driving her and those customers around, and spending her earnings. Are you claiming, based on some supposed expertise in Khmer family dynamics or Khmer hooker-husband relationships, that this husband did not view his wife as a commodity, and that this was a typical local loving marital relationship?ផោមក្លិនស្អុយ wrote: I didn’t think the statement was necessarily representative of Khmer family dynamics.
Or are you just straining to nitpick everything she says, because she's the only female poster?

I read it in context. A context which was set by the words 'quite blinkered'.ផោមក្លិនស្អុយ wrote:What nonsense.violet wrote:You were defensive based on some local knowledge and were not capable of considering any validity in my comment, because you believe your perspective to be correct. I don’t get easily offended in real life and less so online.

Aren't you just jealous that you don't have a wife who let's you beat her up, or do other things to her, depending on what's your thing? You do bring that up many times; even by your standards you seem to have an unhealthy obsession with Chicken beating up his wife.gavinmac wrote:Is a guy who repeatedly boasted online, in detail, about beating his wife and who then claimed months later it was all a "joke" questioning the relationships that other men have with their partners?

No. Gavin is simple posting/quoting information posted , real, he doesn't make it up. He has a memory, a bloody good memoryAlex wrote:Aren't you just jealous that you don't have a wife who let's you beat her up, or do other things to her, depending on what's your thing? I don't understand why people get upset when he quotes them, or reminds them or what they said. Nothing wrong with that imo.
