This isn’t asking how much of a baller anyone is, just how much cash do you normally have in you? A rich man might say $20, or a poor man could say $500.
In the US I would have none, but find myself with a pocketful here sometimes.
Are you taking more out because of the virus?
How much cash do you normally carry around?

Just whatever I need, plus $20/40 for unanticipated costs.
No extra cash because of virus.
I can pay for almost everything by phone also, paper money is passe.

Are you thinking of mugging people coming out of Larry's during the pandemic and identifying who will give the highest ROI?

Not taking out more than usual, but I feel uncomfortable if I do not have 2-300 Dollars or equivalent in my pocket.

Yeah, air quality aside, the one thing about Vietnam that I don't like is they really seem to have issues with ATM's that give out more than pocket change.
I had to literally go on a fucking adventure one Sunday in Hanoi to withdraw the equivalent of $400

I always go out with 4 hardcover books that I read and convert them into currency.

I have a VN bank account and can pull out VND 20 million. However, when the town was busy, the ATM's frequently ran out of cash.
Plus, I grew up when there were no ATM's and pulling cash could take 1-2 hours (Kenya, Vietnam).

I'm the same. Likely a vestige of the old days before ATMs popped up around town. I simply cannot wander around town with 20 bucks, just feels...wrong.
I was known to always be flush back in the day with cash on hand and saved a few payroll situations at various bars when cash was short on payday. Nowadays Morticia is my Imperial Exchequer...still flush, only she controls final fiat.

400 dollars and 500 euros, although that euro figure is about to go up to 2000. Why? Coz I only have one working card and that could go tits up at any moment.
k440, something to do when you're pissed.
Usually $200-300, but if going to a 10,000 riel massage place I usually take $1,000 ... just to be safe.

Quite often absolutely nothing bar the Passap fair since I generally expect to settle my accounts monthly, though I do always ensure I have one debit and one credit card on me in case of waking up in a hospital.
