I’ve been through all the sites I can find about the CM2H visa scheme. One thing that’s very conspicuous by its absence is any kind of indicator of what the “government approved” developments are.
How do I find these government approved developments? Anyone?

Have you messaged the CM2H team directly? I posted one comment on theor Farcebook page and they were very quick to message me.
I personally would be very wary of the whole scheme, I am yet to see any form of official, published, approval.

Are you suggesting that the Ministry of the Interior hasn’t actually approved it, as several sources claim it has?
The immigration website even links to it from its front page: https://immigration.gov.kh/
Also which one is the real Facebook page? The search results on there seem to be all visa agencies masquerading as the official one
No I'm not saying that, it certainly appears to have been approved by the DoI/MoI, but there has been no official directive released (publicly) confirming as such. I certainly wouldn't want to spend $100k for the privilege of a long term visa unless I had access to an official directive which clearly states the legitimacy of the scheme,
