For some time now, I've had trouble accessing various international sites. Twitter was down for some time. Now rumble.com has been inaccessible for several days at least.
Is it my internet connection, or is the government tinkering with censorship?

I have trouble with a lot of sites at home and have to switch to 4G. Typically, finance sites, some newspapers and even Skyscanner. Very similar to the early days of Internet blocking in China.
Porn is the other way round.

Cambodia seems to be a black sheep in the internet community. I cannot access a few sites in the normal way, but once I turn on a VPN located in some western country they pop up.
