I don't think I do, but I don't think I have enough information right now to call it bogus. Ricketson doesn't exactly need to be James Bond to "receive or collect information, processes, objects, documents, computerised data or files, with a view to supplying them to a foreign state or its agents, which are liable to prejudice the national defence" which is what he is charged for.
I think the investigations against Kem Sokha and James Ricketson are related, and I think the "foreign state" which is "liable to prejudice the national defence" is the US. I don't think that the investigation is limited to Sokha's speeches made years ago, nor do I think it unlikely to be more that hasn't been shown to the public.
If one day I have facts in my hand that prove this to be bogus then I will agree with you. I will wait until that happens before I do.

If the videos and some more things is the only evidence available to the press at this point in time there's no wonder the press would refer to it as key evidence. That doesn't exclude that there may be more incriminating evidence which is currently confidential, it's an ongoing investigation after all.
I'm not aware of any espionage cases where evidence was made public during ongoing investigations. Is that normal or why is it strange that Cambodian prosecutors work confidentially?
