10 Chinese Arrested Over Restaurant Attack and Kidnap
Sihanoukville: 10 Chinese nationals attacked 2 other Chinese at 1pm on June 19, at the New Golden Lotus Casino Restaurant.
The assailants beat the two victims and put them into a car and taken out of the city. the suspects were apprehended by the police and taken for questioning. The victims, who had been tortured, were taken to hospital.
