BREAKING NEWS: An Chinese man stormed into Kim Sieng restaurant on St. 214, 7 Makara district, Phnom Penh, and attacked customers with a knife at 10 am on the morning of November 1, 2018.

According to Cheung, who works in a restaurant called, many customers were stabbed, causing serious injuries.

The source also said that while the police are intervening, the Chinese man is still inside.
