Expected.
Yet have they clearly listed the countries, vaccines, and card types they will accept if would be 'users/clients/customers" received their shots outside Cambodia. AND have they designed a training program for staff at every shop, market, cafe and school how to recognize these accepted cards?AND, if not, how can they hold establishments responsible that are trying their best.
If it increases vaccination rates, great, but it isn't hard to imagine the corruption potential. Soon low level individuals from a range of Govt ministries and Departments will begin showing dodgy vaccine cards to earn money or procure free services. "No problem, you don't need to give, I'm happy to report your business/NGO/school/etc instead."
Schools? Why rush to open any private school currently online only? Why risk using your license/registration, stay closed till rules and enforcement routines more clear, perhaps sometime in 2022 when the dust has settled. (Or? Get a clear photo of each student, teacher, staff member holding their vax card, from whatever country (e.g. say, Mainland China for Chinese lang teachers), AND get a signed and thumbprint affidavit from each affirming their vax status.)
With long term customers, schools are easy. How much effort can a cafe put in for a customer that will spend $3 and be gone in an hour or less?
