So the blue card id just a temporary one, there's a white one from Ministry of defense that is now provided to people, anyone has more information?

I don’t think the blue card is a temporary one. The blue ones were issued by the Health Ministry vaccination sites and the white ones by the Defence Department administered sites. You either get blue or white and that’s it. Both of them link by QR code to the online national database with all your vaccination details.

How will the 3rd or 4th or 5th shot be reflected on the card? That's going to be a problem.

You're given a second (and subsequent) blue card

I’ve seen a few blue cards where they just scrawled it underneath the first two entries. Looks a bit untidy

If the army did it for you, pay them and you will have the card.

Be careful showing someone your card and then having them spray your hands with the mystery spray... marker could wipe straight off the card.

When I went for my first shot in March I got the card the next day, and it already had the date of my second shot filled out (one month after). When I showed up two months later for my shot, they didn't even wipe out or cross out the wrong date, just wrote the real date below it.

Today, I went around 18:00 into AEON2 with Mini (9yrs old) and nobody asked to see the Vaccine card and/or did require me to do a QR code scan. Just hand spraying and we could go inside.

Don't want to get vaxxed? Stay in your country and stop forcing foreign countries to accept you and your pernicious tales about vaccines and masks. Gone are the days when you thought Asian countries were a geographic extension of your countries. Western Karens make my blood boil.

It doesn't matter whether they are fans of vax or not, it puts a bad name on all English speakers with such stupid behavior on all sides. A waste of a good policeman's time. An embarrassment for all lovers of fish and chips, and other western cuisines. It could be the beginning of the end. Please take off all of Wonder Woman's outfits and the like, and catch up on the news here in the field. It's not as easy as you might think.

Now, for 2-3 days, showing the vaccine card to enter AEON2 is required.

Showing my adhesive booster plaster was, without digging up my vaccine card, also sufficient ;)

The way it worked for my wife with her 3rd shot was no changes to card but the web page, that is accessed by card QR code, was updated with 3rd shot info.

My Khmer lady had 3 phone calls to pick up her vax card here in Siem Reap...The first 2 the caller was looking for some other person..
She has a slick white military card...Of course, here in SR nobody asks for a 'stinkin vax card'
Me, I am still waiting for the call from Referral Hospital for my card....3 months later...
