Free bus ticket to Bangkok + $50
I will pay for your bus ticket to Bangkok and give you $50 for bringing my digital piano from Phnom Penh on the bus.
The digital piano is in a factory box and weighs around 13 kilos (30 lbs) in the box. I think I can pay for your ticket online from here in Thailand, but if not I will send you the money online. It may be an extra $5 for extra baggage and that will be covered. Also an extra $5 for your transportation to the bus station. When you arrive in Bangkok i will greet you at the bus station and give you $50.
The piano is in Phnom Penh on Street 172. and I will arrange for someone to meet you there and give it to you. If you have any concerns about the contents you can open the box and inspect it. You would just need to tape it up again, which is easy enough to do. It's not expensive or special. I am a music teacher and I would rather bring it here to Thailand, where I am living now, rather than sell it and buy another here. There is no way that I know of to ship between countries that is not exorbitantly expensive. The only cost effective way is to bring it on a bus and I don't like long bus rides.
Thank you
Glen Rose

Glen.
If this is the one you wanted to sell, I'm interested....

I'll bet you 50 bucks Glen wants to keep it rather than buying a new one.
Glen is a music teacher in Thailand and he wants it back rather than sell it and buy a new one there. I have 50 bucks in my coat pocket Rob.
Do you?
Do you?

Hello Night Owl. You ask how I would have paid the $50 to the one who helped me.
Have you ever heard of Western Union? I guess not. One can send money to anyone, anywhere in the world. But, now the point is mute. Rob bought the nice instrument and I will find a used one here in Thailand to replace it. Easier than worrying about getting it brought over here.

In all honesty you can probably put it on the bus in Phnom Penh and tip the bus driver USD $10 to drop it off with Glen in Bangkok,I expect he would jump at the chance?

There is no direct bus without a change at the border and it's a real hassle.

Is the $50 and free bus ticket still available? Throw in a slab of Ganzberg and I'm your Huckleberry.

Is the Ganzberg supplied before or after said journey,or is it a 50/50 situation half now half after the drop off?Bottomfeeder wrote: ↑Sat Apr 20, 2024 5:02 pmIs the $50 and free bus ticket still available? Throw in a slab of Ganzberg and I'm your Huckleberry.
