What happened at southbridge?
So Dwayne has officially retired now? I remain skeptical. I foresee we will see him pop up on a forum having been driven out of another C-rate school.
I had to LOL at "character deformation"
I hear Southbridge is busy recruiting a replacement.
Oh my God, it has happened yet again, the very new Head of School Dr Mark has left SISC. Or was he pushed? What have you done this time Miss Marie?
I assume you had something to do with it? Why don't you bring back Dwayne or Benjamin? Or are you planning to become the Head of School yourself? That's the rumour, Miss Janise Santos. That would be a disaster for the school, but not the first one you presided over.
By the way, did you also push Mr Chandy? I hear he is running his own business buying land to sell to Southbridge to build a new school.
So glad my lover left Southbridge. You ruined him there.

Not sure someone who can't recruit and keep decent staff could ever be a decent Director
Heeeeee's back!!!
He appears to have taken a role as Head of School at another third-rate school, this time in Vietnam. He's using the same hilarious welcome message he's used at every school he's ever worked at . We all know he can't write a paragraph, so the whole thing is just uncited copy-pastes from Brainy Quote, and laughably, mostly Helen Keller, Walt Disney, and even Ronald Reagan .
https://himlamis.edu.vn/about-us/messag ... principal/
"Education is not the filling of a pail but the lighting of a fire" - from various quote ebsite, often misattributed to W.B. Yeats
"I have a deep appreciation for the philosophy of life and what constitutes real happiness; I firmly believe that it is not attained through self-gratification but through fidelity to a worthy purpose" - attributed to Helen Keller, stripped straight from Brainyquote of elswhere when you Google "education quotes".
"My philosophy of life is that if we make up our minds on what we will make of our lives and work hard towards that goal, we will never lose and somehow will win." - Attributed to Ronald Reagan, again ripped straight from BrainyQuote
"Our heritage and ideals, our codes and standards, and the things we live by and teach our children are preserved or diminished by how freely we exchange ideas and feelings" - Attributed to Walt Disney, again ripped straight from BrainyQuote
"We must have the vision to share with our students, but vision is not enough; it must be combined with venture. As a philosopher once said, “It is not enough to stare up the steps – we must step up the stairs.” - A mishmash of several quotes from said Google search, mostly from Vaclav Havel.
"I genuinely believe that without encouragement, the best powers of the mind remain dormant." - Attributed to Johann Gottfried Herder
The rest is either a mishmash of other quotes from Google searches, or incomprehensible word salad. Interestingly, the only real change he has made to this message is the removal of his supposed QUALIFICATIONS!!! Now, I wonder why that might be????? Ha! Won't be long until someone at the school realizes what a fraud he is.

Total fluff. Designed to confuse non-native speakers.
Romantic Cambodia is dead and gone. It's with McKinley in the grave.
Tbf, he's not alone in his egotistical aspirations and BS
Certain people who own institutions compare themselves to the world's greatest visionaries, keep staff waiting for hours, and harass people who ask innocent questions

Egotistical aspirations aren't necessarily a bad thing, insofar as the person in possession of them also possesses actual credentials and skills which Dwyane unfortunately doesn't.
When my kids were at SB, the school had a policy to only hire qualified teachers, and thorough background checks, including CRC's, were conducted.
I know that the majority of teachers there now are not qualified, most are former TEFL'ers, and have never had to provide anything more than a copy of their current Visa to get a job...glad I pulled my kids out when I did.

I'm not a negative person, I encourage people all the time...it's usually to f**k off! But, whatever.
I thought CRC's were a condition for schools seeking accreditation?
Where did you relocate them to?
I'm looking for something decent in a similar price range.
