Where's the best place for a fried breakfast?

Actually I only really want bacon and eggs, where's the best spot?
This place is getting so deservedly popular it's quite annoying for me but I'm happy for the charming owners.
Edit: They even have a smashed avocado and salmon bagel.
What’s with this obsession with ramekins. Butter and jam on the plate. Pretty simple. (Although if that’s toast I give up)
Ramekins for beans, jam, butter, mushrooms, sausages. When will it end!

pew, pew, pew, pew!
The world is a big place. My favorite breakfast place is in Spain.
Is that place on 63, south of Sihanouk still open?

The Rising Sun always did a good breakfast but I haven't been there in some time.

La Dolce Vita 172 St. Been going there since it opened very nice guy, good (not great) food for good prices. Try the chicken cordon blue, not bad. As for bitching about the toast for a 4 dollar breakfast, seriously? What place do you go that does better for less?
The quality/availability of a decent English breakfast here has definitely declined. Nordic house sadly no more. Yeah, Dolce Vita ain't bad at $4. Rising Sun brekky just don't taste great (decent coffee). The Pub on $174 is ok ish. Riverside cafes mostly crap. Shenanigans, just ok. So, you can find plenty but you'll struggle to find a great one.
No recommendations but was wondering why people don't use nice plum tinned tomatoes with their breakfast anymore instead of a tasteless half grilled one?
I was told by a chef the reason it’s difficult to find proper sausages/snags/bangers here is because they need to be prepared in a cold room, something to do with the fat?
I’ve had a few good sausages (ohh er) but back home cheap sausages are plentiful.
