Found this, nothing from BKK-post or TVF/Nation so far: German cruise operator AIDA has been granted permission to dock its vessel Aidavita in Thailand, days after it was blocked from doing so in Vietnam due to fear of the new coronavirus spreading in the region.
The Aidavita with some 1,100 passengers and 400 crew docked early yesterday in Thailand's eastern Laem Chabang port, a Thai Vessel Traffic Control and Maritime Security official who declined to be named told dpa.
"This morning the Department of Disease Control officials have monitored all the passengers and right now there has been no report of any patients inside," he said, adding that medical officers have gone up to inspect the ship and monitored each passengers prior to leaving the ship.
"The situation for this ship is normal and the officials have not found anyone with fever over 37.5 degrees," the officer said.

Freedom is not a state. It is an act. It is not some enchanted garden perched high on a distant plateau.. Freedom is a continuous action we all must take, and each generation must do its part to create an even more fair, more just society.-John Lewis

I heard today, that in Vietnam anybody from the north of the country that travels to the south of the country- gets quarantined. No idea if it's true or it's just chatter on the street/ net.
Btw, how much do these cruises cost?
Cambodia has a few Americans from the other ship trapped in its hotels in PP. American, MR Muth, and his family are one example. No relation to Meas, I suppose.

They can be surprisingly cheap- think of Butlins at sea- and appeal to a certain age n class of people who have rarely travelled abroad. Meals are inclusive but drinks are expensive and the casino is where the money is made - think Vegas at sea and you will get a good idea of the kind of passenger on board. I worked on Carnival Ships in the Carribean before I came to Cambodia 25 years ago and doubt that the passenger list has changed much. The experience put me off Americans for life.
Of course there are very expensive " round - the - world " cruises that last a year and appeal to the about to kick the bucket OAPs, and party cruises that appeal to swingers or fitness cruises for yoga nutters etc.
