Anyone heard of this or using it. Might only be Aussies who know about it (if anyone).
Someone mentioned it today.

Yep - got it for the kids, pretty good! The market returns haven't been too bad, but the good aspect about it is that you can do round ups eg buy a something for $9.10 and it will round up the difference to $10 - with the 90c going into the account. It's a pretty good saving strategy while sort of teaching investing at the same time. They have a number of different investment portfolios which one can change in and out of depending on your feel of the market. Deposit and withdrawal of funds is easy - usually takes 3 or so days to clear the withdrawn money into your bank account.

thanks, chubacca
always good to know of people's personal experiences rather than just reading about things or hearing about them on the grapevine.
I like the idea of the round up option. So easy and so accessible for many who wouldn't otherwise 'invest'. I write ' ' because it doesn't feel like investing when such small amounts are accepted. being able to easily add and withdraw is another positive.

Reviews on Trustpilot are not good.

I used to use Zopa and another one who did P2P lending but they (and others) have all closed their lending accounts.
I’m guessing this Raize does the same but in a smaller scale?

pew, pew, pew, pew!
The other good thing about Raiz is that they partner with some pretty big companies who will reward when you buy things from them. E.g. I get 5% of the purchase price when I buy alcohol from BWS.
As said, I use it to teach my kids saving and investing not really for big investment decisions.......
