Cheeky bit of Gruyere, a slab of Stilton or Shropshire blue ideally, but even a Bleu d'Auvergne is a decent enough substitute.
Plastic Emmentaler and the brands you puke on, though also some mid-taste blue-XXXX and more classic types.
The displays along the wall are more the factory cheeses, though the small one next to the wine display looks more promising. The small display did look pretty empty, I have to say, they did spread out individual packages instead of the regular piling.
