Hi guys!
It's been a while since I posted on the forum. However, I have been in and out of Cambodia quite a bit. I was there just back in February and am flying to PNH for a week tomorrow.
I took a job in China this year and I get paid in Yuan. Anyhow, I go to the bank today and they tell me they can't give me dollars unless I have a bunch of stupid forms that I still haven't gotten (like proof that I pay taxes ) -- even though this is deducted from my paycheck - crazy!!!.
So, I will be coming to China with Yuan. I checked with my local friends, and they all assured me that I could change Yuan to dollars or even use them in PNH. Is that true?
Does anyone have any idea where I can get the best rate?
I still have my US bank card, but I'd rather not touch my US savings this trip, and I want to splurge and have a nice holiday before I go back to the grind in China,
BTW: China kind of sucks, and so far, the only advantage is that living here lets me get to Cambodia more often. LOL.
Thanks in advance for your guidance and advice! I really appreciate it!

Pretty sure the exchange shops on 136 near central market would take them. Their rates are usually very good
