One last question to whoever knows.
ATMs at airports dish out the local currency only , if I remember rightly , I don't fly very often ( three times in the last 15 years, bicycle man). Are the currency places open in the airports and what else is open? 45 hour flight from Spain to London to Doha to Singapore to PP, ouch.
Arriving back into Cambodia.
Doha has ATMs which dispense multiple currencies, including USD, and the forex booths are open, not sure about the other airports. Pretty much everything is open at DOH, restaurants, duty free, lounges, etc.
The clinic/lab/doctor should stamp and sign your Medical Certificate/lab report... if that's not possible for whatever reason then stamp/sign it yourself...the wet ink stamp and signature are 2 of the main things that are checked. (Go into the Group Files and search for the Medical Certificate Template, theres 2, I have posted several acceptable examples in the comments of one of them)... believe me, they are anal about the Medical Certificate/lab report, I have witnessed first hand several people denied boarding because theirs didn't meet the requirements, not to mention the dozens of people who have PM'd me crying because they were denied boarding.

I'm not a negative person, I encourage people all the time...it's usually to f**k off! But, whatever.

Can you not go to a currency exchange place in Spain and exchange 1650 Euros to 2000 Dollars?

Of course I can but I would be withdrawing money from a dollar account and the ATMs would give me 300 euros max at a time and each time there would be bank charges and the exchange rate mark up and then I have change it back into dollars and another exchange rate mark up. Bloody daft, but if that is what I have to then I have to do it!
k440, something to do when you're pissed.

Are you leaving Phuket for good? How is it there now? I'd imagine that half of the businesses in Kata, Patong etc. would have closed down by now.Phuket2006 wrote: ↑Thu May 27, 2021 4:25 pmbringing mine next month....along with cameras

Rawai, Kamala, Chern Talay and Phuket town are doing just fine
Negative ; the government has royally fucked up the vaccinations here
Nobody is allowed to visit others houses, BUT you can share a meal at a restaurant. (where they are NOT allowed to serve alcohol but since its Thailand they will give ya whatever you want in a plastic cup)
Unless you have had a negative covid test within 72 hours or both shots no one allowed on the island!!
Face masks mandatory all over
positive; they are doing major roadworks all over the Island and
SURPRISE: they finally laid the electric cables on Patong beach road underground
its great if ur living here and if u dont need to do any business and dont need an open bar
Beaches are lovely and no traffic except in Phuket town
