Just go anywhere in the city except there then, because it's many years since I heard of anywhere refusing a $100. Go to some Chinese restaurants and get some Dim Sum or noodles/ pork whatever and just pay with $100, they'll sort the change out. Jesus wept, it's not 1989 when you'd get killed for a hundred bucks anymore.BTW: NewCastle hotel cannot exchange
100.00. Their advice where to go was incorrect.
Need to exchange $100.00 for $20.00 bills.

^ What he said.
Although, even in the ghetto area of St51/GSM where he is, he could just buy something from one of the minimart chains on St51 - Circle K, Panda, et cetera. They would surely have change.

Cheapskate. I thought you were some kinda baller.
I love bitches n gonna fuck Texas and the USA+ right up their god damn ass! Hallelujah!
My last two experiences at two pretty random money changers:
First one, gave them $100 and asked them to give me $20 in Riel and the rest back in small USD bills. Done, not a problem.
Second one, I got cocky and asked the lady politely if she can give me smaller bank notes for my $100. Done, not a problem, zero fee charged.
It didn't exactly keep me awake at night.
