I only saw a few dressed in robes and only around the big building and the park behind it. Almost every one was dressed "normally." No one has ever approached me or tired to talk with me about Scientology, anywhere in the world, unlike the Mormons, Jehovah's witnesses, Krishnas, etc. I actually enjoyed talking to them. I was always polite and respectful of their beliefs.
Clearwater and the Tampa area were really fun to visit, but I had many locals to advise me where to go. South Beach, Miami was also an amazing place. I am not gay but never felt uncomfortable. Everywhere else I went to in Florida, especially Orlando, sucked.
I am sooooo very sorry if you can't understand or appreciate my sarcastic facetiousness.

What level are you, and how do you relate to the seventh dynamic?
Aliens here are abducting Asians all the time - check the news. And likely probing some of them.
And don't forget the plans for the Raelian Embassy

Thanks. I missed that. I think I was visiting Kolob at the time. Didn't like it.MaxB wrote: ↑Tue Aug 23, 2022 11:00 amAliens here are abducting Asians all the time - check the news. And likely probing some of them.

No, they dump them through a hatch on the entrance level at the airport. The white ones. Check around 4am when the early flights arrive.

I am from Orlando so I guess you see now how Immigrating to North Korea would be an improvement for me.chkwoot wrote: ↑Tue Aug 23, 2022 8:08 amI only saw a few dressed in robes and only around the big building and the park behind it. As Americans we can move freely within the country. I'd probably rather live in the DPR Korea than Orlando but there are other cities in the US.
I don't think it's wise to move to the DPR Korea if you plan on proselytizing your religion. They arrested a Korean Christian missionary for leaving a Bible in the drawers of one of the hotels he was staying in.
If you do decide to move to the DPR Korea, you need to start studying Korean. It's going to take at least five years of dedicated study before you are proficient in Korean. It will take ten years of practice and study to be fluent in the language.

I could live anywhere in America but it's a third world country with no opportunities or human rights. I should find some way to immigrate to Cambodia or Lesotho.Harold wrote: ↑Wed Aug 24, 2022 12:53 amAs Americans we can move freely within the country. If you really believe that Cambodia or Vietnam will have more opportunities for you, and is "better" with "human rights" (you're not being specific enough...again), then you are seriously deluded. After the honeymoon level of culture shock wears off, you will see things very differently. Some of us adjust then accept, and are able to survive, and even thrive. Some leave. Others go off the rails.CharmingOwl wrote: ↑Wed Aug 24, 2022 4:15 amI could live anywhere in America but it's a third world country with no opportunities or human rights. I really don't care if you're a troll or not. (But I have been waiting for you to casually mention that you're blind and will need to bring your seeing dog Monty(?) wink wink nudge nudge) You bring up some interesting topics. Harold, Oricha, and others seem happy to discuss and rationally debate whatever -isms. I enjoy discussing and rationally debating other things. And sometimes I try to be funny, but obviously I'll never be a George Carlin, a Python, or even just a Rosanne Barr (shudder).
So if you wish to rationally debate stuff, then keep posting. If you're a attention seeking No Joke Howard type, or just a full blown troll, then accept that you will be "attacked" or joked with, and don't whine or whinge. Up to you. Okee dokee Okeechobee?

If you have the attitude of "I hope you're not trolling!", why even use the internet at all? I don't know if you can tell but I do not want to live in the oppressive western lands. The people do not want to revolt and build a communist state so the best thing I can do is leave.chkwoot wrote: ↑Wed Aug 24, 2022 7:16 amIf you really believe that Cambodia or Vietnam will have more opportunities for you, and is "better" with "human rights" (you're not being specific enough...again), then you are seriously deluded. In some ways the US is worse than most third world countries. I'd rather live in a hovel in Cambodia than a damp efficiency apartment that I have to share with three roommates in Orlando.chkwoot wrote: ↑Wed Aug 24, 2022 7:16 am

Poor Cambodians generally won't rob or murder you but this is a problem a person will encounter in the hood.
Third world countries don't have homeless encampments like they do in LA and San Francisco and they don't allow drug addicts and the mentally ill to defecate on sidewalks and litter the street with their dirty needles.
