Nephew needs to get to sign up for a school. Tdap, mumps, measles, etc. Where’s the best place to go in Phnom Penh and what does it cost and will we have to book an appointment ?
Will he need paperwork proving he’s a local to get free or discounted shots ?
I remember there is a local government office that was doing covid shots, I assume that’s the place, I just can’t remember the name or where it is.
Where to take a local toddler for childhood vaccinations

Spigz juniors were all done at Royal PP as part of a large package from birth to toddler,; price over the top, but hey pays your money takes your choice.
For the local, and probably just as good version, I'd suggest the National Paedeatric Hospital on Russian Blvd?

Eric Clapton and Van Morrisson reckon it's all propaganda....
Only in thought is man a God; in action and desire we are the slaves of circumstance.
Institut Pasteur du Cambodge. Take copy of birth cert or Carnet de Residence or Family Book.
I'm not a negative person, I encourage people all the time...it's usually to f**k off! But, whatever.
They are free (or next to nothing) at any local health centre.
Had them done for 3 kids here, youngest baby got his first (6 months old, approx) fairly recently.
The other 2 (8 and 5 years) have got one of these books, but not sure about the last one- he hasn't got a birth cert, and doesn't technically exist. Think it cost about $5 from a private clinic for whatever they give them as babies- probably for polio and diptheria.

Government-run vaccination centers are much more trustworthy than private clinics. They are managed on WHO standards and the vaccines are kept and administered under strict parameters. With private clinics you never know. How come this kid hasn't got a vaccination card like the one above?
He doesn't officially exist- was kinda dumped upon us. We had 3 options.Mike Farce wrote: ↑Fri Apr 26, 2024 11:03 pmGovernment-run vaccination centers are much more trustworthy than private clinics. - Let him die in a haze of meth in the slum he was unexpectedly born in
- Hand him over to one of these repulsive orphanages
- Take him in (and worry about the red tape later)
We decided on the third option, for better or worse.
