In collaboration with a muso mate, we've started a YouTube channel following his life as a middle-aged grassroots musician and all that goes with that. He does what he does and I film and edit it with the end result hopefully not being completely awful.
Have at it, and let the stone throwing begin.

Thanks Londo
The first thing I did was look at the duration - and think to myself oh good not too long
It feels like it is (needs to be) part of a series. I’d like to see more. I suppose the audience is niche to some extent.
I can’t really comment on the quality of your editing work - nothing bugged me but professionals might feel otherwise. I did wonder if it was going to work with the volume of the instruments at the time the narration was occurring- my first thought was perhaps the instruments could be a tad quieter while the subject was speaking - because my brain doesn’t like two competing sounds like that. It wasn’t too bad in the end but I did register a slight discomfort

Hey there, Violet.
I appreciate you taking the time to watch and pass comment.
The balance of instrument volume to voice over was something I thought may not have been perfect. Hopefully one becomes a little more refined at these things with experience.
And yes, I guess it is a bit niche-y but we're not really creating the videos with any great aspirations or expectations of YouTube dominance - I've just developed an interest in making videos of late with my muso mate using the series as part of a purgative process.
Thanks again for taking the time.
