And if I have both of those ( with permission from my fake employers of course) how much? If that 350 is for 12 months doesn't seem so bad.
k440, something to do when you're pissed.
With all supporting documents a 1 year EB extension costs $180 from the Department of Immigration or $270-$290 through an agent.

There are just minor changes in regards to supporting documentation for an EB EOS, if applying as an employee, via an agent, this is what you need;
1. Official letter of employment with original company stamp,
2. Copy of employers valid tax Patent with original company stamp,
3. Completed Visa EOS Application form
4. 2x passport pics
5. Screenshot from FPCS app showing your details
Cost $270 - 290 in PP, depending on agent.
Without 1 & 2, you will pay about $350 for a 12 mth EB EOS.
Supporting documentation required if applying directly at the DoI Visa office, 12 mth EB EOS is $180
Plus $130 for the WP...or if you use an agent, then whatever they charge.

I'm not a negative person, I encourage people all the time...it's usually to f**k off! But, whatever.

"No, not correct. Employers are not obligated to apply for or pay for employees WP's unless it is stipulated in the employees contract. Employers are only obligated to ensure that they apply for and have their Foreign Employee Quota, and only employ people who have the legal right to work in Cambodia.
Disclaimer: I'm not a lawyer or expert on Cambodian labour law though."
Keeping in mind your final Caveat, and the fact that internet forums are not the best place to get solid legal advice, how does the following sound? Approaching fair and reasonable for teaching staff? (with no very firm commitment to the country or any particular employer within it)
1st draft:
Like all legal documents in Cambodia, this contract is written in Khmer and here translated to English to have the same meaning. As native English speaker, you will need to sign both contracts, Khmer and the English translation. Thank you.
____(The Company)___ can only employ individuals who have the legal right to work in Cambodia. By signing this contract you swear that you have full responsibility to ensure your documents - including but not limited to, your: passport; Business Visa Extension; Work Permit; Work Book; completed and up to date FPCS app - are valid for the period of employment. You are solely responsible for these, including paying all necessary fees. However, ____(The Company)___ can assist you in getting them if desired and requested.
As long as you remain employed by ____(The Company)___, we will reimburse you for your one year visa extension and your one year work permit. The first reimbursement for half the government cost of these two documents will be six months after signing this contract, and the second payment, for the remainder of this cost, will be made after 12 months.
About right?

Sounds reasonable enough to me, and a good deal for the employees.
