Difference between RAK and LAK?

Anyone know the difference between the Revolutionary Army of Kampuchea (RAK) and the National Liberation Army of Kampuchea (LAK)?

I understand RAK was Khmer Rouge military from '68 - '70, then changed name to CPNLAF from '70-'75, then back to RAK in '75 before disbanding in '79 and the leftovers forming NADK (whew). But who was LAK?
